Thanks for your email Tommy.
We've looked at your server and I'm afraid we can't find any problems. Certainly nothing like what you describe. Unfortunately you're on a shared server so when our bandwidth usage gets high things can get a little haywire - sorry about that, but unless you're willing to fork out the cash for a dedicated server there's not much I can do for you. Crashes are definitely an issue, but there's nothing in the logs that would indicate something like that happened. Next time something like this happens, send me a screenshot of the error message and I'll see what I can do.

I got the screenshot you sent, but maybe you sent the wrong file? That's a picture of an echidna.
No, we do not currently employ any midgets and/or dwarves, elves or gnomes. Certainly our company has a diversity policy and as long as they could do the work we'd be delighted to have them on the team. But I'm pretty sure that most of those are fantasy creatures and don't actually exist.
